Home made plum yogurt

plum yogurtThis is a very easy to prepare meal that will be very nourishing for your baby. It is a great introduction to fruit and yogurt.


  • 2 table spoons of water
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 ripe plums
  • 4 – 6 table spoons of yoghurt


  • Peel, core, and chop the apple
  • Remove the stones from the plums
  • Place fruit and water into a saucepan and bring to the boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes or untill the fruit is tender
  • Remove the plum skins
  • Puree fruit and mix in yoghurt
