Sweating has nothing to do with fat reduction. Sweating is NOT fat reducing. You sweat because your system produces water through your skin so the water disappears and COOLS you off. Fat reduction is a completely different mechanism. Fat-loss is about internal energy balance and fooling the system to consume human extra fat as fuel. Securing up yourself in a spa for hours or focusing in the gym to sweat might make you lose a lb or two but that’s NOT fat-loss. It’s water-loss. It will be back on you the moment you eat or stay hydrated.
Don’t assess the potency of your workouts by how much you sweat.
